Find the Smugglers' cave/valley/hideout near Caladonia. The leader has what you're looking for. Leo is an avid hunter, so he probably frequents the Caladan Hunting Club. Find it and search for his hideout. Keep searching. Keep searching. It's pretty scary in there at night. I doubt anyone would want to risk it.
