====== Combat: Devastate ====== Syntax: devastate Devastate your opponent by viciously hacking at their limbs with your hefty two-handed weapon! Devastate shares a cooldown with the other two-handed weapon skills as they are written, and requires a small amount of command points to use. As with other weapon-type skills, devastate can have an additional effect, under the appropriate conditions.
